RAW:Raw presentation of Matured Jingoistic script.

Razi  has changed the style n presentation of Spy movies.It was dramatic till Razi, Tiger series ,Baby,Naam shahana etc .
Raw, like Razi ,also has an element of Realism,Truth and Sincerity in its presentation .It is based on true events.Robbie Grewal has researched a lot  ,plus he comes from Military background,his father Mohan singh Grewal was in Military .
Based on the backdrop of ,1971 ,the separation of East Pakistan from West Pakistan which led to emergence of a new nation Bangla desh in the continent .It is then Mrs Indira Gandhi founded Our National ,or rather International spy Wing RAW :RESEARCH N ANALYSIS WING  It WAS FOUNDED ON The REALIZATION THAT NEWS N INFORMATION ABOUT THE ENEMY COUNTRY  IS CRUCIAL IN WINNING THE WARS.RAW N ITS WORKING IS VERY SECRETIVE ,IT HAS NETWORK OF PEOPLE WHO SILENTLY WORK FOR NATION  N IF DEAD OR CAUGHT RAW (*GOVT) DENIES THEIR PRESENCE IR DONOT ACKNOWLEDGE THEIR CONNECTION   AND THESE PEOPLE R DEDICATED ND MANY R UNSUNG HEROS OF INDIA BECAUSE OF WHOM INDIA HAS BEEN A STEP AHEAD  OF OTHER NATIONS LIKE PAKISTAN.Razi  is credible example of this .Raw follows the same path .
In short it is a story of a common man ,whose father was in Military,n his journey from being  common man to becoming a Double Agent.Story goes on the same line like that of 'Nam Shahana' searching nd training a person but  in Naam it was better nd convincingly appealing.Set up on the realistic set n background of 1970s it takes note of minute details of the then time.Excellent art direction ,story but has many loopholes ,like what happens to Shraddha Sharma ,played by Mouni Roy n such.
John has tried his best successfully .Alka Amin ,his mother ,Anil George arm dealer Sikandar Kher ,Raghuveer Yadav are noteworthy,Jackie is his as raw chief .Raw always used indicative code language like say 'Horse is ready to run d race '
Or तुम्हरी कॉफी ब थंडी हो गयी है'मतलब अब तुम ये काम छोड दो.
Some sequences r difficult for a common viewer to understand.T he beginning is awesome but the end is great .All in all it has a gud script ,,art direction ,but lacks pace nd speed so looks somber nd drab .
But gud and appreciable effort.
